2. Technopark Technology Business Incubator (T-TBI)
Technopark Technology Business Incubator (T-TBI) is established in 2006 is a non-academic business incubator center, hosted by Asia largest IT park Technopark. It offers fully furnished working spaces, expert guidance, marketing skills, legal management consultancy and financial assistance.
T-TBI is a joint association of Technopark Trivandrum and the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of Kerala, to help the technology based business startups. T-TBI incubated more than 165 startups in the last 9 years and has 92% success rate. 3. Startup Village
Established in 2012, Startups Village is a different type of Incubator. It is a not-for-profit public private startup incubator based in Kochi, India run by Government of Keral. It is India’s first incubation center which is funded jointly by private and public sector. Startup Village mission is to incubate and launch 1000 new business startups throughout the following ten years and it’s primarily focuses on student’s startups and ideas from college campuses.

4. Indian Angel Network (IAN):
IAN Incubator is also in our list of top Incubation centers in India. Indian Angel Network (IAN) is supported by National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board(NSTEDB), Department of Science & Technology(DST), Govt. of India. IAN incubator is a business incubation center which primarily focuses on healthcare startups, gaming, media & entertainment, cloud computing, mobile VAS, alternative ways of energy, education and clean technology startups.

5. Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE)
Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship was founded in 2002 as a research institute later in 2007 it was turned into Incubation center. CIIE was setup by IIM Ahmedabad and supported by Government of India and Gujarat Government. It operates as an autonomous not-for-profit entity. CIIE does not provide physical working space for business incubation and it has an interesting prospective on that because they want to boost local economies, they want entrepreneurs to build their ideas from where they stationed. The Nadathur S Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL) is an incubation center in India managed by IIM Bangalore. They provide all basic facilities such as office space, internet and electricity facilities, desktops etc. The incubator provides technical guidance from experts and also offers seed funding to some of its incubated ventures. The funding is from government schemes and its payment will be accordance with the guidelines by the funding agency.
